Step Three - Sweat!

One hour a day, three days a week. The best time to exercise is first thing in the morning. The best way to exercise (for fat burning) is to keep it light! If you're on a jog and can't sing along with whatever's playing on your iPod, you're pushing yourself too hard!

  • First thing in the morning, walk for 15 minutes, briskly. Get your muscles, heart, and lungs warmed up. Think good thoughts.   • Cool down for 5 minutes. Walk, walk, walk. It is critical that you do this, or else blood will pool in your muscles and you will likely get muscle cramps!
  • Finally, find yourself a little piece of floor (if you have a floormat, great!) and do crunches until you can't do any more. Then turn around and do push-ups until you can't do any more. Repeat this process twice more and call it good.
